COMPOSITION

Each ml contains :
Fosfomycin 100 mg
Tylosin Tartrate 200 mg
Tylosin is a macrolide antibiotic of a bacteriostatic effect highly effective against Mycoplasma, Pasteurella, Campylobacter and Clostridium. spp.
Fosfomycin is effective against Gram+ve and Gram-ve bacteria like E. coli, Pasteurella, Staphylococcus, Salmonella and Pseudomonas.

INDICATIONS
Fostosin is effective for cases of: mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis, CRD (chronic respiratory disease) in poultry, Staphylococcus infections, Listeriosis, Avian Cholera, infectious Coryza, and diseases caused by Fosfomycin and/or Tylosin susceptible organisms.

DOSAGE
1 Litre / 2000 Litres of drinking water or as advised by a veterinarian.

Withdrawal times
– For meat: 7 days.

MEDICINAL DRINKING WATER SHOULD BE REPLACED EVERY 24 HOURS. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN. STRICTLY FOR VETERINARY USE ONLY. STORE THE PRODUCT IN THE CLOSED, ORIGINAL PACKAGING PROTECTED FROM DIRECT LIGHT, AND KEEP ITS LABEL FOR CORRECT IDENTIFICATION.
