Tylosin Tartrate 400 MG
Fosfomycin 60 MG

INDICATIONS :
T-Fospharma is reliable for the treatment of poultry diseases, caused by Gram-positive, Gram-negative and Mycoplasmas in cases of: mycoplasmosis, colibacillosis, chronic respiratory disease in poultry, Staphylococcus infections, Listeriosis, Avian Cholera, infectious Coryza, and diseases caused by Tylosin and / or Fosfomycin susceptible organisms.

DOSAGE
500 gm / 1000 Litres of drinking water or as advised by a veterinarian.
